Update: I don’t normally write update for the same company but Michael really deserves it. My experience with a few other companies offering weekly services charging $200+ a month - they spent less than 10 minutes a week testing the water and brushed the pool. Main reason I canceled them. With Stazzi’s Pool, I had my first “free” weekly service on Thursday and I stayed inside to observe Michael. I have never had someone spent 30 mins cleaning my pool, I don’t even spent 30 mins when DIY cleaning my own pool. He tested the water and brushed the entire pool. Just when I thought he was done, he went to get a pool vacuum and started vacuuming the pool floor. I talked to him after he was done and I basically told him that I wouldn’t have to worry about my pool anymore because I am 100% sure he will treat my pool like his own. Was going to clean the filters myself this weekend but now I have Michael to deep clean them for me next week. Original: I thought honest, affordable, and reliable pool services no longer exist until I met Michael, the owner of Stazzi's Pools. My in-floor pool cleaning system stopped working and decided to sent a message to Stazzi's Pools yesterday after seeing raving reviews on Nextdoor. Michael replied the same day and after asking me a few questions he said he may be able to stop by today to check it out. Michael showed up at noon today and after taking the valve cover off, he was able to determine immediately that a rebuild valve kit will be needed to fix my issue. He went to the store and purchased the kit. Unlike many others who will make extra money off of the parts (and I fully expected that), he gave me the receipt instead. His hourly rate is also very reasonable. After completed this job, he waited and made sure the cleaning system is now rotating correctly. I was so impressed with his work ethic and integrity that I asked him about his weekly pool services. Since his weekly rate is so affordable and I am not doing a good job cleaning the pool myself, Michael just gained a new customer today.
